How we operate.

The Accelerator is £7,500 for a 30-day install. Payment is due after a yes on the fit call, before kickoff. Kickoff is within 48 hours of the invoice clearing. If the written KPI locked on that call is missed in month one — measured in your own analytics — month one is refunded in full. No platform or processor fees.
One number is agreed in writing before work starts. It must be measurable, tied to an agreed measurement period, and evaluated from an agreed data source. If it isn’t written down, the guarantee does not apply.
The eight modules in the product specification, the operating pod for 30 days, and the Day-30 scorecard. Fixed scope, fixed end date. Work outside that specification is a separate engagement.
Five accelerator partners per month. Seats are not reserved until the invoice clears. If the month is full, applications move to the next available window.
