How we operate

Guarantees differ by offer — not a single one-size policy:

30-Day Accelerator (£7,500) — Full first-month money-back if written KPIs from the seat call aren’t met.

Clip Engine (£3,500) — Day-30 satisfaction review. If clips miss the agreed brief, we issue scope credits for the next cycle (not a full cash refund).

Channel OS (£7,500) — Full first-month money-back if written KPIs from the booking call aren’t met.

Revenue Partnership (£12,000+) — Full first-month money-back under the same written-KPI standard, with bi-weekly review checkpoints.

The Accelerator is the Channel OS 30-day install SKU (£7,500) — same machine, fixed cohort capacity. If written KPIs locked on the seat confirmation call aren’t met by day 30, we refund month one in full. No soft “we’ll try” — hit the number or you don’t pay that month. Full Accelerator terms live on the Accelerator guarantee. Ready? Apply for a seat.

If you don’t see agreed results in your first month of Channel OS or Revenue Partnership, we refund that month. Results expectations are defined on the booking call and confirmed in writing before work begins. Neuroscience add-ons follow the parent package’s guarantee window.

We sell the Accelerator (seat applications) and the three named retainers through official apply/contact flows only. If someone contacts you claiming to be Contentify outside of a scheduled call or confirmed seat path, treat it as a potential impersonation and verify through our official contact page or Accelerator apply page.

Channel OS and Revenue Partnership include unlimited revisions within the agreed scope. Clip Engine includes two revision rounds per clip. Turnaround is planned around your upload schedule and locked in during onboarding.

Deliverables remain yours to publish. Source project files can be provided on request as part of an active retainer. Out-of-scope work is quoted only after you’re on a package — we don’t sell standalone hourly editing.
